A faithful path for a peaceful journey — through Jordan, Palestine, Israel and Egypt. Walk in the footsteps of the Anbiya and Sahabah, from the battlefield of Mu'tah and the Cave of the Seven Sleepers, to Masjid al-Aqsa, Al-Khalil (Hebron), Mount Sinai and the mosques of old Cairo — guided end-to-end by our Tamil-speaking mu'allim.
Welcome at Amman (AMM) Airport by our tour manager and local guide. After lunch, we drive to Al-Karak to visit the Battlefield of Mu'tah and the maqams of Ja'far ibn Abi Talib, Zayd ibn Harithah and 'Abdullah ibn Rawahah (may Allah be pleased with them). Transfer to hotel.
After breakfast, ziyarath to the Cave of the Seven Sleepers (Al-Kahf), followed by the maqams of Nabi Shu'aib (AS), Nabi Yusha' (AS), Bilal ibn Rabah (RA) and Abu 'Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah (RA). Afternoon at the Dead Sea for a refreshing float, then back to Amman.
Drive to the Israel border; after emigration our Palestine guide receives the group. Enroute ziyarath to Maqam Nabi Musa (AS) and Jericho (view of Mount of Temptation). In Al-Quds, visit the Mount of Olives and the maqams of Rabi'ah al-'Adawiyyah (RA) and Salman al-Farsi (RA). Continue to Bethlehem — Church of the Nativity. Overnight Hebron.
The blessed day — enter the Aqsa precinct via the Wailing Wall gate. Prayer at Masjid al-Aqsa, Qubbat as-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock), Masjid al-Buraq, Old Aqsa (Marwani Musalla) and Mihrab of Sayyidah Maryam (AS). Afternoon in Al-Khalil for the shrines of Nabi Ibrahim (AS), Nabi Ishaq (AS) with their noble wives, and Nabi Yunus (AS). Return via Bethlehem.
Early drive towards the Taba border, viewing Qumran and the pillar traditionally associated with Lut's wife enroute. Cross into Egypt via Taba, along the shores of the Red Sea. Evening rest at Taba.
Ziyarath to Jabal Musa — the mountain where Allah spoke to Prophet Musa (AS) — with a visit to St. Catherine's Monastery and the site of the Burning Bush (if permitted). Onward through Sinai Valley, Maqam Nabi Harun (AS), 'Uyun Musa and the Suez Canal tunnel enroute to Cairo.
Morning at the Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx, followed by the Egyptian Civilization Museum (mummy of Fir'aun), the maqam of Imam ash-Shafi'i (RA) and Masjid 'Amr ibn al-'As — the first mosque in Africa. Ziyarath to Masjid Sayyidna al-Husayn (RA), Al-Azhar University (exterior) and Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Evening felucca / dinner cruise on the Nile.
Drive to Alexandria along Mariout Lake. Ziyarath to the maqam of Imam al-Busiri (author of Qasidat al-Burdah) and Masjid Abu al-'Abbas al-Mursi. Visit the Mediterranean corniche and the Library of Alexandria (halls of Nabi Daniyal (AS) and Luqman al-Hakeem). Return to Cairo.
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your return flight. Depart with hearts full of the memory of the Anbiya and Sahabah, and du'as for your family back home. Fi amanillah.
